Das Konzept basiert auf der Verbindung von Schmuck in der Bildnismalerei von Lucas Cranach dem Jüngeren und der heutigen Situation von Portraits, die vor allem im medialen Kontext gebraucht und wahrgenommen werden.
The concept is based on the combination of jewellery in the pictorial painting of Lucas Cranach the Younger, and the current situation of portraits, which are used and perceived primarily in a media context.
In Cranach's circle, the emphasis is on the dots, the circles that are only there to be photographed. They are jewellery for photography. The faces are adorned only for the portrait photo.
The arrangement of the brass sheet points also applies to the focus points, focus points and focus segments in the viewfinder display of popular digital cameras. The points as a sharpness insurer. The pasted faces are standard faces, so it becomes clear that they do not belong as drawings to the post.
1 In Cranach's paintings, props are symbols of power.
2. I am a photographer.
3 In the media context, the face is the essence of today.
4 The circles are made to apply directly to the face.
5 The decorated face is photographed.
6 Photography is the result. The object as jewellery is made only for the photographic moment. But the jewellery and the representation of power go as with Cranach d. J. through the picture in time and space.
